The Merritt Parkway Conservancy is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to revitalize and celebrate the Merritt Parkway. The Conservancy’s goal is to have the original design principals respected in all future projects and to educate the public about the history, monumental bridge art, engineering and landscaping of this national treasure. Our programs are completely funded by private donations from individuals, organizations, corporations and foundations. The firm is located through out the northeast from Boston to Washington DC. Day Pitney provided legal counsel in the Route 7 Interchange litigation.
